Pakistan's Ex-PM Imran Khan Sentenced to 10 Years in Prison

Former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan (WEB) has been found guilty of revealing official secrets and sentenced to 10 years in prison.

The verdict comes after a trial in which Khan was accused of sharing classified information with his former aide, Shahbaz Gill, in 2021. Gill was also convicted and sentenced to seven years in prison.

Khan, who has denied the charges, has announced that he will appeal the verdict. He has also been sentenced to 14 years in prison for corruption in a separate case.
